With almost one-third of the 2025/26 Premier League season completed, sports bettors have plenty of information they can use to formulate their future wagers.

With that in mind, we have scoured the outright markets to identify five bets that we believe can deliver a winning return for punters at the end of the campaign.

Manchester United – Top four finish

Manager Ruben Amorim finally appears to have Manchester United heading in the right direction after a troubled start to life at Old Trafford.

A five-game unbeaten run ahead of the November international break has moved the Red Devils up to seventh in the table, just two points behind third-placed Chelsea.

Man United are 2/1 for a top four finish according to Betway’s latest Premier League betting markets, and those odds look good value given their recent form.

United have a relatively favourable run of fixtures between now and then end of the year, so they should head into 2026 in a strong position.

Aston Villa – Top six finish

Aston Villa have finished in the top six in each of the last two seasons and they look a good bet at odds of 11/4 to complete the hat-trick this term.

Villa have bounced back from a sticky start to the season to climb up to sixth in the standings. They are just two points adrift of third position.

Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea look nailed on to be in the top four. As mentioned earlier, Manchester United are fancied to join them there.

Unai Emery’s side undoubtedly have the ability to claim one of the other two places in the top six if they maintain their form.

Leeds United – Relegation

The three newly-promoted teams have been relegated in each of the last two seasons, but that trend could be bucked by Sunderland this time around.

They have collected 19 points after 11 games and appear to have enough quality in their squad to retain their top flight status at the end of the season.

The same cannot be said for Burnley and Leeds United, who have been leaking goals for fun. Both teams look destined to return to the Championship.

Leeds are worth a punt at odds of 81/50 to be relegated, particularly with Nottingham Forest and West Ham United showing signs of improvement under their new managers.

Erling Braut Haaland – PFA Player of the Year

Erling Braut Haaland has returned to his brilliant best this season, scoring 14 goals in 11 league appearances to fire Manchester City up to second in the table.

The Norwegian striker is long odds-on to win the Golden Boot award, and there is no real value in backing him to triumph in that market.

However, odds of 6/5 to win the PFA Player of the Year award look tempting given that he bagged the prize after scoring 36 goals during the 2022/23 campaign.

He is currently on course to top that tally, which would make his claims to win the prize for second time irresistible.

Manchester City – Title winner

Man City went into the November international break four points behind table-topping Arsenal.

The Gunners are the favourites with the bookmakers to hang onto top spot, but Pep Guardiola’s side are fancied to overhaul them.

Odds of 5/2 are tremendous value given City’s previous track record of success and the wealth of options available to Guardiola.

Arsenal still have to visit the Etihad Stadium later in the season and that fixture could be the one which tilts the title race in City’s favour.

What makes the premier League so special?

“The Premier League is one of the most difficult in the world. There’s five, six, or seven clubs that can be the champions. Only one can win, and all the others are disappointed and live in the middle of disaster.”
